Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays. We use Royal Mail 1st class service or UPS next day service depending on the size and weight of your parcel . Please  allow 1-3 days for parcels sent using Royal Mail 1st class service to arrive. UPS Next Day Standard delivery between 8am-6pm will require a signature on delivery.

Next Day Delivery requests must be received by 9am. All orders dispatched to addresses outside of the UK will be sent using Airmail via Royal Mail or Direct Link.

 

International Delivery

What are the delivery times for Standard Airmail?
Western Europe 3 - 7 days, Rest of Europe 3 - 15 days, North America 5 - 14 days, Middle East 5 - 14 days, Central and S. America 5 - 21 days, Africa and Asia 5 - 21 days, Far East and Australasia 5- 30 days.

What are the delivery times for International Signed for Airmail (Tracked Airmail)

International Signed For™ items are tracked until they leave the UK when sent by Airmail. Tracking is also available in a number of overseas destinations to delivery.

Delivery aims:
• To Europe within three to five working days of posting
• To Rest of World within five to seven working days of posting

* Delivery is in working days only and excludes day of posting, bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. The item will require a signature on delivery.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses (British Forces Postal Office)?
Yes, we offer a delivery service to all BFPO addresses.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in a saleable condition and at your own expense.  If you require a different size please put a note in your return. We ask that you use a registered/recorded postal service. You cannot cancel an order once the items have been used; your statutory rights will be unaffected.

Please include the original packing slip in your parcel – so that we know who to refund. Once we receive the item back we will refund/exchange the item within 14 working days. All refunds will be made to the debit/credit card used to purchase the goods.

Damaged Goods: 

Please check your goods on delivery. We take good care to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition but should any items be damaged, please contact us at sales@clothesbarn.co.uk within 2 days and return them to us using a recorded delivery service. We will replace the goods or a refund will be made to the credit card used to purchase the goods.

Incorrect or Incomplete Order: 

Please check your goods on delivery. If you find that an item is missing or we have made an error (e.g. accidentally sent the wrong products), please contact us via email sales@clothesbarn.co.uk within 2 days. We will resend the correct products within one working day of receiving your complaint.

Out of Stock Items: 

Clothes Barn use a stock control system that should ensure that you cannot order items that are not currently in stock, but should an error occur and we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you via email within one working day of your order being placed to ascertain whether you require a refund, a replacement product or will accept a delay in delivery.
